This is why I couldn't stay in Maine. I never saw snow in Oct as beautiful. It was a personal door slam in the face on outdoor weather. Of course, I wasn't heading to the Keys for the winter --- that would have helped. Bundling those cute Halloween costumes in snowsuits pissed me off, too. Same with Easter dresses. I guess it's a good thing I'm in South Carolina! :-)
I am sure my attitude would be entirely different if I was going to be here all winter! I am so grateful that I am able to head south for the winter. (And, I am grateful I don't have to stay in the Keys all summer. How does one person get so lucky??) Looking forward to seeing you in South Carolina.
